Wow, I am very impressed with the customer service Zyon received yesterday at Honda! NO, this is NOT a sponsored post, I just want to brag!
You may remember me mentioning that we just got a 2008 Honda Pilot and in less than a week someone HIT IT! Yesterday, Zy took it in to the dealer to have sidesteps installed. We figure these will make it easier for the Witchlets to get in and out of the SUV. While he's there, a guy who was working on it noticed the bumper and asked what happened, so Zy told him the story and how we have an appointment at a body shop next week for it to be fixed, to the tune of $642! The guy told us he'd just fix it!
They have a mini shop at the dealership that is used to fix up cars they get in and sell used.
Now, they didn't take the bumper off and do all that stuff, which the auto body was going to do but they did buff out the marks and make it look nice!
We are going to need to get touch up paint and fix some areas:
However, this is nothing compared to what it WAS!
The best part? They did this for FREE! Now, I don't know if this is just what Honda normally does for their customers or not but the fact that THEY took the time to talk to Zyon about it and then fix it without charging a dime is what will keep me a customer. I am now all about Honda!
