I realize this may seem like it doesn't fall within the realm of my blog's theme but I do think this is very important. I just took this quiz to see what my "bills IQ" is and I am happy to report it is an A. I scored a 93%! At this point in time, I don't need any Debt help but unfortunately some people do.
Having outstanding bills is scary. I mean, yes, we have a mortgage and we have a car payment, but aside from that we are debt free. I would like to be saving a bit more every month but that's something I can work on.
You can find out your score at BillsIQ and see where you stand. The site can then help you with Debt consolidation, if that is what you find you need.
Sometimes being in debt is unavoidable, especially where mortgages come into play. In fact, many people don't even see having a mortgage as being in debt. Credit card bills soar, more so during the holiday season and suddenly it's realized you definitely need Debt relief before things get out of control.
I know for my family, it's important to have the future covered, such as having a life insurance policy and money aside for retirement. My children are still young but it's never too early to put extra money aside for them, in case they need help paying for college or trade school. Definitely something to think about!
