I just found out that Casey Anthony and attorneys wanted the tapes that are circulating around the media, of her on the phone with people while she was in jail, etc... to stop circulating and being played.

They feel having these conversations played in the media this will give her an unfair trial.

The judge has just ruled against their wishes and will continue to allow these tapes to be played.
