This *letter* Casey was supposedly to have written has now been confirmed by her brother, Lee Anthony, non existent.

Casey Anthony has now been criminally charged for 1 count of willful neglect and 1 count of giving police false information - since she has a duty to her child - because she is the mother, she HAS to give them certain information. However, the 5th Amendment comes in to play here so we will have to wait and see how this plays out.

Also, Lee confirmed today that Caylee's father is deceased and he nor anyone in his family will tell that family about Caylee. He said the father never knew about Caylee when he was alive and his family never knew and Lee feels it is unfair to suddenly tell this family that Caylee is their relation.

So, in other words, they all know who the father is but will never tell.

Last but not least, investigators have found Caylee Anthony's DNA, according to a spokesperson from the Orange County Sheriff's Office; however they will not confirm if it was discovered in the trunk of the car that was used by Casey Anthony.
