LAVENDER SLEEP MAGICThis basic sleep empowerment spell uses the magical qualities of lavender to bring you a good night's sleep each and every night.
You will need lavender essential oil.
Begin by sprinkling your pillowcases with a few drops of lavender essential oil just before you go to bed. Anoint your wrists, ankles, third eye and the back of your head with a couple of drops of the oil. As you drift to sleep, repeat to yourself over and over again:
I am sleeping peacefully and comfortably.
