The New Moon is the birthing cycle of the Moon's various phases. This phase is an optimal time for planning and seeding your intentions. Now is a good time to start something - with intent for it's completion on Full Moon.
When it comes to setting goals or planning ahead for the future the best time to get started is during the New Moon. Remember, any intentions stated or written down carries power, so take care in considering the things that you really want.
